One of these hiccups might be that you did not receive an email with your login credentials upon completing your transaction(s).
Once your purchase(s) are finalized, we send you an automated WELCOME email that includes your login credentials.
Before reaching out to our support team, please make sure that this link was not sent to a different email of yours (the email you used during registration). Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
It should look something like this:
If this email still cannot be found, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title "I Did Not Receive My Login".
Please also include the payment ID provided with each purchase, sent to you in the receipt you received via email upon completion of your investment & we will be happy to further assist you!
